What:	A chance to share experiences and learn together by reading and discussing Focus on Leadership: Servant-Leadership for the 21st Century edited by Larry Spears. About the book: Servant-leadership is a long-term, transformational approach to life and work that has the potential for creating positive change throughout society. Focus on Leadership highlights the importance servant-leadership on management theory and its impact across the contemporary business landscape. It offers a selection of writing from some of the leading thinkers on servant-leadership and management culture, including Warren Bennis, Stephen Covey, Margaret Wheatley, and John Bogle. It also includes an excerpt from Greenleaf’s seminal essay “The Servant as Leader” that serves as an excellent introduction to the principles and essentials of servant-leadership.
When:	12-1pm Central (1pm Eastern) for three consecutive Tuesdays: October 5, 12 and 19, 2010.
Where:	Your own office! Simply dial the conference bridge you’ll be given when you register.
Why:	Because it’s more fun to learn in a group than it is to study alone!
