Sandra Ries is a Success Coach and the founder of Success Logic. She works with community leaders and others to reduce stress, eliminate burnout and improve personal performance, resulting in an even greater impact in their lives and their communities. Her highly creative problem-solving and effective communication skills enable her to draw out the best in her clients. For her contributions to her clients and her community, she was designated International Coach of the Year, 2005, by Comprehensive Coaching U.
As a contribution to her community, Sandra facilitates a monthly leadership telephone-based book study.
Sandra was an integral member of the founding team of Solo-E.com, a groundbreaking lifestyle-inspired online learning and connection community dedicated to the success of solo entrepreneurs worldwide. Her responsibilities included coaching the leader of the organization and facilitating the flow of feedback within team Solo-E.
Sandra facilitated community dialogues on race and participated in corporate diversity programs. She also volunteered in several programs aimed at keeping middle school girls interested in math and science. In addition to her time, she donates a percentage of her business proceeds to local charities.
For her promotion of and contribution to the community, Sandra received the Horizon Award from the Sachse Chamber of Commerce. She has supported organizations such as the United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, the Americas Association of Hispanic Businesses, the Holistic Chamber of Commerce and local community groups.
Prior to beginning her coaching practice in 2001, Sandra spent eight years in a multinational corporation, earned a Master of Science and Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Math and French, from Alma College. She has earned the designation of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
She enjoys an international influence in her life and has studied both French and Mandarin.

In her own words…
During my free time, I enjoy expressing myself by creating art quilts and designing my own clothes. I also love to read about worlds other than my own, whether they be other cultures or fantasy worlds.
And by the way, I’m part Swiss. That’s me and my cousin in traditional Sunday clothes. Check out the lace on my hat!

Just before Thanksgiving, 2006, I donated 12″ of hair to Locks of Love, a non-profit organization that provides wigs to children suffering from long-term medical hair loss. After only 18 months, June 2008, I donated another 11″ - and my hair is so short! It’s fun to have it this short.
